Salt Mining & Harvesting

Our company provides comprehensive solutions in the field of salt extraction and harvesting, utilizing high-tech equipment and services that cover every stage of the production process. Our goal is efficient, safe, and high-quality salt harvesting, with full respect for the environment and the unique characteristics of each installation.

Standards we apply:

  • Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC – required for CE certification
  • ISO 3834 – Welding quality in metallic frameworks
  • ISO 4254 – Agricultural machinery safety
  • ELOT HD 384 – Low-voltage electrical installations (Greece)
  • IEC 60364 – Low-voltage electrical installations (international standard)
  • IEC 61131-3 – PLC programming standards

All our machines are delivered with full technical documentation and user manuals, in compliance with EN ISO 20607, which provides guidelines for the preparation of machine instruction handbooks.

We are also preparing for the implementation of the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which will replace the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC starting in 2027

Salt Harvesting Machines

We provide specialized salt extraction and harvesting equipment, engineered for durability under hard conditions. Our machines deliver rated capacities from 100 tph to 250 tph, powered by engines ranging from 130 kW to 250 kW, suitable for both traditional and modern salt pans.

Mobile silo for truck loading

Our facilities are equipped with automotive loading hoppers ranging in capacity from 5 m³ to 25 m³, enabling quick, easy, and precise bulk loading of trucks, significantly saving time and operational resources

Automotive Conveyor Belts

We design, manufacture, and install automotive conveyor belts with a throughput capacity ranging from 100 tph to 600 tph. These systems are tailored to each project’s needs, ensuring the safe and continuous transport of salt from the harvesting area to processing or storage points.

Saltworks compacting roller

We undertake the supply and operation of leveling machines, ensuring the smooth compaction and sealing of the crystal field bottom, facilitating natural evaporation and optimizing the salt harvesting process.

Raw salt washing units

We design and install row salt washing units with a processing capacity of 180 tph, improving the final product’s purity to over 99%.
